AskBlu is the mobile app for employees whose organization uses Blueberry. You need an account created or invited by your employer. The app is not available for personal or public sign-up without an organization subscription.

If you do not have login credentials, contact your manager or location administrator. They can invite you from the Blueberry dashboard.

We aim to respond within one business day. Include your name, organization, location (if relevant), and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help us resolve problems faster.

I cannot sign in. Confirm you are using the email address your manager invited. Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset your password. If your organization uses shared tablets, ask a manager for a tablet activation QR code.

AskBlu is not loading or shows an error. Check your internet connection and try force-quitting and reopening the app. Make sure you are on the latest version from the App Store. If the problem continues, email support with your device model and iOS version.

I do not see my location or features. Access depends on your role and location assignments set by your administrator. Contact your manager if menus, prep lists, training, or other tools are missing.

How does AskBlu AI work? AskBlu answers questions using knowledge approved for your location by your organization. It is a workplace assistant, not a general-purpose chatbot. Always follow your manager and official policies for food safety, HR, and compliance.

Signed-in users can open Menu → Report bug in the AskBlu app to send feedback with context from your account. You can also email support@blueberryapp.io directly.

Organization administrators sign in at blueberryapp.io to manage teams, knowledge, training, and billing. For enterprise onboarding or subscription questions, email support@blueberryapp.io.
